Roadside Assistance

The heart of our roadside assistance business is a state of the art call handling centre based in Fareham which is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Utilising up to date IT systems, our controllers aim to have a rescue or recovery operative reach our customer and their vehicle within 1 hour.

We are the primary regional agent for all the major recovery organisations and also work for the police, fire and ambulance services. In addition, Boarhunt work closely with many local authorities handling vehicle breakdowns, accidents and end of life vehicle disposal.

All members of our highly qualified roadside assistance team are trained to industry set standards and our operating systems are ISO9001 accredited.
