Weather conditions were very difficult and there was a heavy demand on your service but despite this you gave an excellent service. Dave Sharpe was courteous, efficient and professional and made a difficult day considerably easier.

Huge thanks to Richard Lindsay for the ride to the wedding in his truck. It was very much appreciated and a much more interesting way to arrive than a taxi!

Bob Boissell was exceedingly helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him, he rapidly diagnosed a petrol supply problem that might not be fixable at the roadside and that due to my circumstances it might be best to recover the car. I am most appreciative of the outstanding, polite and helpful service provided, he is a credit to your organisation!

Thank you for an efficient removal of various untaxed vehicles from Cheltenham Road – the residents were very pleased with the removal of all the vehicles from this area. The Police Officers at the scene were impressed with the speed and diligence of the Boarhunt staff and I have received many emails of thanks from the residents of the area who have had to put up with this problem.

I have been asked by two of my Traffic Officers to write to express our thanks to Gary Baker who attended a distressed gentleman on the M3 this evening. Gary took swift action to stop this incident becoming critical, in doing so he saved the life of the gentleman who was later taken away by the Ambulance Service. Once again a most sincere thank you from all of us.

I would like to show my gratitude to Damian Ayling who recovered a First Bus today in Southampton. I am a cyclist and Damian patiently stayed behind me from Foyes Corner all the way to Teboura Way. Just before Teboura Way I was caught by a strong gust of wind and immediately stopped into the kerb, Damian stopped and checked that I was ok. Please pass on my thanks, it is not often cyclists are treated so nicely.
