Recovery Commendations

On Saturday I unfortunately got into a spot of ‘bother’ with my car travelling to work - the exhaust decided to part company it! The reason I am writing is to compliment Bob Boissel who quickly came to my rescue. He was extremely pleasant, courteous and efficient and immediately helped me in a stressful situation. I would be grateful if you could pass on my sincere thanks.

Thank you to Richard Lindsay for attending my Honda CRV 4 x 4 that was locked, stuck on a gravel drive and for which I had lost my keys. He was very professional, could not have been more helpful, or more skilful manoeuvring his truck. Richard is a credit to the Company and should be given a pay rise.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you to Anita Blackwell for her kindness and especially for her helpfulness when we were trying to deal with my car that had been crushed by the rubbish truck.   Going through the paperwork we were reminded of how nice Anita was to us, guiding and advising us through the silly hoops and procedures of insurance when we were totally not at fault. Anita was the only one who was understanding, kind and helpful. Thanks!

It must be some 20 years since I required assistance with my car and simply to return your completed questionnaire would not do justice to the excellent and efficient service my wife and I received. At one time a flat tyre was no problem to me but at 78 years of age I cannot pretend that a total flat in the middle of a busy town was indeed within my limits. Ron White was very efficient and considerate and after fitting the temporary spare guided us to the local Kwik Fit and waited to make sure that we would be looked after. The speedy and very efficient service allowed us to proceed in good light to Loughborough.’
